Here’s some more info about the project: We replaced the siding on 31 units in a total of 14 buildings, covering a massive area of 82,000 square feet. We also took care of 10 deck repairs as part of the job. Here’s what we did: First, we took off the old siding, then we put on new waterproofing material. After that, we added new t1-11 wood siding and put up fresh facia boards and trim/corner pieces. We even fixed up a bunch of decks. The whole project was wrapped up in just 4 months.
