We work across the greater Sacramento region, the Bay Area and North Bay, and Lake Tahoe and the Sierra, plus parts of Northern California including Chico and Oroville. Do you handle both siding and windows on the same project?
Yes, and it is usually the better way to do it. The window flashing and the siding are one weather barrier: replacing siding around old windows means re-flashing to units you are likely to replace within a few years, and doing both together means one tear-off, one permit and one crew.
Are you a licensed contractor?
Heritage Exteriors is licensed by the California State License Board, CSLB #1055919. We carry liability insurance and workers compensation, and we pull the permits for your project as part of the job.
Do you subcontract the installation?
No. Our own crews do the installation. That is the difference you see in the project galleries — the same standard of cut, flashing and finish across every job, because the same people are doing them.
What does an estimate cost?
