Work scope:

• Remove and replace all windows
• Supply and install fiber cement siding and trim for all buildings but only 3 sides
• Back walls of all units to replace rotten t1-11 with new t1-11 siding
• Paint all buildings
• Demo and finish (6 or 8 units cant remember) inside and make all electrical, plumbing, showers, hallways, bedroom doors, cabinets ADA compliant. Complete interior finish.
